It has been 2 years!

It really take times to heal a broken heart.

Till now today. I still have very selfish thoughts.

There is no need to be married and have children.

Till now I have no regrets for such thoughts. Unless in future there are issues that can change my thoughts for that!

Perhaps I do have regrets. That is to be married.

Control

This week was a buzy week. Now is over! The capping ceremony, SOE migration. Next week will be better though SOE still around and my turn to migrate. But there are temp staff to help me!!! Oh I have temp staff!

Last time I request until I left aso difficult to get us a temp staff. Now they going to get me 2 temp staff!

Now I know qurrelsome and angry stars around. So must control my emotion. I tends to let off at my youngest!

Inter-relationship

I find that to have a good relationship to other people is so difficult. I really feel that I treat someone well, usually is not appreciated. Others always like to take advantage. Previous helper is like that, now this one is also like that! Just don't understand. Is because they are maid, they need to be treated the way they are seen, called, no need to give a better human treatment!

Let me just chant my mantra and hope she will be different.

I m back!

I m back. Not away too long. Have lots to say. Have been busy lately. Seems like everyone is looking for me to do work or rather help them out! Omg! Am I being seen too free! Oh nvr! It is just the start and colleague on leave.

This world is too small. Yesterday just found out one of my colleague is my bro's ex-colleague and good friend? Wow! And I got her into little trouble today! Lol can't help! Advice her to wound down her car window so that it will not be to heat up. But then suddenly the sky pouring and got her interior car a free wash as she wound down more than half! Oh I m so sorry! I shldnt not advice you anything else in future! SORRY!

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR!

The cny is over, I seems to be writing much lesser here? Have I become sick of writing? Or my life now is more happy? No stress so nothing much to write. Just like my jewelry. Has stop making! But I do hope to recommence making.

Do not buy notebook or PC from HP. They do not honor their warranty! And their products are lousy especially wireless. Trying to get my issue with case for their non-compliances!

Good Bye 2010!

What a long and eventful year! Good and bad! Is finally going to be over!

All the bad, really bad has come to me. Relationship: mom, bosses, colleagues & my maid. My daughters too.

Good, really good. I learnt about affirmation from Bryan laoshi and it works miracle on me! I finally get to fly to another country for holiday and I enjoy it alot! I change my career! Wow that's is fantastic! From a no care company to a super staff welfare company, although they both are stat board. From a very overload work to a quite no so busy work! Hahaha that's my biggest gain in life so far. Even the salary increase was not a big one and din get my year end fat Bonus, I felt worthy! Can u image that, happiness overwrites everything! Last but not least I hope, my new maid, seem very capable, detailed, will be good and work for me long long time!

Welcome 2011!

My busy period is OVER!

Yeah! Friday was the company celebration for Xmas which I most worried. Because I need to bring my children! Well! It was the youngest that I most scare of! She always make a scene on occasion or celebration! Which she did it again! OMG! when can she grow up like the 2 sisters !
I aso pick up my new helper on Friday! Thanks Cheng yee for the ride out of office tat day!

I am successful in whatever I do!

Worst weekend at chalet!

Can't image we actually spent money to waste time at the chalet east coast park! Conditions are yucks! No proper chair to sit, really don't know what to do there! TV with no remote control! So we went home to sleep both nights!

Finally she is gone!

I have finally sent her back to agent on Monday after she took her own sweet time to come back on sunday.

She asked me she is she can find her friend to borrow money after she finished her work. It made my blood boiled! I refused at first. Later I told her to go at 10:45am and be back by 1:30pm. But she came home only after 6pm!!!!

That is it! She had to go! She is so sickening!!!
Why people just wouldn't repent their mistake and so greedy! To think I have treated her so well yet she is so ungrateful! No sense of responsibility and shame! I really hope to see her final destiny here! Haiz!

I am thankful for all the good in my life!

I think I am right to move!

Although I have been in the new work place only a week, but I am much happier here than in my previous work place! Thou I din get my bonus for this year, yet to announce I feel is worthy!

1st it is not as busy, bosses are nice especially the CEO is an ABC. They are not particular, may be different job nature. Pace is slower. Also the sex ratio is more balanced.

I am happy and grateful for everything I have and received daily!

Should i or not?

This year I keep having this question pop out for me. Now I have this question due to my maid, should I or not to replace her?

She has not been honest and she stole my british pound and got cheated by money changer! She stole my 200 pound and change for only S$ 250. later she lost her handphone worth of abt $100.

I forgive her for stealing and let her continue working and did not call the police. And set rules for her. But today she broke the rules. She went downstairs without our knowledge because we went JB and returned earlier than expected. It was only we returned 1 Hr later I SMS her then she realized we were home, then she came back.

So now I am asking if I should continue letting her to stay working with me or replace her.

Korea!

I went Korea last week and back on Monday. Before I went, I have no expectation, and I dont like Korean food as well. But I became love Korean food. Hahaha, everyday we were there we had different style of korean food. yummy.

Korea has alot people, cars, bridges, mountains, & steel.
but there isn't dustbin on street, so we need to bring our rubbish home. Haha
If there is chance I would like to go seoul again to shop! I have not shop enough there at Seoul partly due to my impatient daughter! Hazi next time dun bring her to my trips oversea.

If i have done the right thing today?

Today definitely is not a good day, I found out my maid steal money, £200. Of course I asked her. She denied at 1st! But still admitted that she stole. I said I will forgive her knowing she need the money to send back home! But of course the trust is lost! And she also being cheated by the money changer. £200 she only get $250. How can that be when pound can easily get double. Now she has to pay me back $400. And recently she lost her handphone that cost her another about $100. By stealing from me she lost additional $250. And her good deed need to restart over again. I forgive her I really not sure if is right and continue to let her work for me? I told her she get her retribution almost immediately. And her effort are gone to waste. It is not worthy! I just thought that she had her difficulties, so forgive her and give her 1 last chance.

I have left my work place of 8 yrs.

The most heart warming thing was to visit my ex AD, Ms Chua Hwee Leng. She was sad, could see tears nearly thou I just work for her for 2.5 yrs. She said if i could not survive out there just give her a call! Omg, my own AD n SDD now dint even offer tat. My SDD was more cruel. On the last day I gave her my gift and snack, she just said oh u found a job? All the best! And that's it! She is biased, tat is one of the reason I choose to leave. I am not unhappy with my work. I am not happy with current management. I am under the same boss for the past 4 yrs! I don't see tat she fight for me either. Well even till now I can't feel that I have left! May be I need to start work with new company to feel the difference. All the best to me!

His Birthday

Today supposed to celebrate his birthday but became another war with my youngest! I really don't know how long I can stand her. Just 1 word there goes off our peaceful nite of celebration. I have given up hope on her.

My Birthday

Today is my birthday! A tiring and probably most emo one. Last birthday at work at CPF BOARD attending staff sem. Also Mi run bulk. I m aso the 1st to complete the bulk. Haha!!! Tire till really low energy and dry eye.
I am grateful to my parents, Bryan too, so that I learn abt affirmation which many of my wishes have come true!
Now I wish for I have helpful, friendly and supportive colleagues and bosses. My new job will be a successful one too.
Everyone is healthy and happy always.
I will strike 4d / toto from 9644.

Tendering!

I m tendering on Monday! After checking a few times with HR. So sad so emotion! But I think I have get over it so not thinking so hard so long. Yeah!

I have signed the appt letter today. The benefit are not as good as current, but at least pay is more and no need to do operation work answer phone enquries or also may be dun have the so called "extra duties" to assess you for better pay increase and promotion.

My choice is right

Finally I have thought thru. My choice to leave is right especially after i ponder and ponder over RL' comment. She is not going to promote us this year. Then my salary will hit the ceiling. I will have to wait for another year for another chance which is about 18 months. And if I still dun get the chance that is another 12 months with no pay increase. That's bad. So to leave is right!

Mrs Lee Kuan Yew

Mrs Lee is dead. Mr Lee is in hospital for chest infection. Must be a big blow to him. Let hope he can get over it soon.

Haha finally succeeded, to write from iPhone. Now I really can blog on the go!
Today now is sat already, signing on Monday, must start to change my mind set liao. Hopefully they can let me start work on 11 nov!

Still thinking

No need to think anymore! I will be signing the Contract next monday. I think this is one of my most difficult decision to make in my life. I dont know why. May be is because I am with this company too long, too attached, too comfortable. 8 years is not long but is not short either.

May be I must not put in too much feeling in future. Must learn to let go! I received call from Npark this morning to ask to sign. Oh!

What the point?

Told bosses of my intention, one was very objective and about it. However, bigger boss was not so objective la, just ask me to consider again. And said that they will discuss about it, and to her, she still think that till now, non of us possess the quality of a HEO. If this is her thinking, then there is nothing for me to reconsider, cos even if i am promoted, is because times up and not because she or they recommended. It is so sad. SO what career is there to discuss? And if I am not promoted, my salary will eventually hit the ceiling and increase of only less than $20.

Anyway, I just informing them and not to trade. But if they are offering me then i will consider, to me like this they are not offering me just will work out the career path, what is the use?

However, i find it amusing. She said:" Wow you really respect me leh, tell me before you sign, Js told me only after she signed". I was like hahaha.

I now pray and wish that the mgt paper dont approve so fast, but it seems unlikely, cos corrine said, usually within hours since it was agreed.

Then i will sign the contract most likely next week bah.

Mix Feeling

It all happened too fast too many things. I went for interview and help to make crystal beads for charity in 2 weeks and went for talks .... then Npark called me. To make a decision....ohohooooo. I tell her i need to consider cos not increase alot and will lose out bonus....WOW i finally overcome it, the bonus. I accept. Then she tell me, oh i need to put mgt paper then i call you to come and sign, u dun tender 1st! hahaha....mix feeling.

I am too excited!

This evening I received a call. To go for Interview! yeah! I am so happy! I thought i will not have the chance since it was almost 2 months since I sent my application! Even it is just an interview I am just too excited and happy!

Must get ready for next week interview.

Finally!

Finally I have booked a trip to korea in early Nov this year! hahaha can fly after so many years. But the tour need to 10 adults to confirm flying and it still short of 1 adult although total number include children already exceed 10. It is a 6 day tour. Let hope it will turn out to be an enjoyable one! Since it is the 1st time my 2 youngest travelling thru air.
