Next i intend to do orange enzyme. I have bought the oranges 5 = $1.50

This time i m doing the green pear enzyme, the photos taken yesterday. This pear enzyme produce lesser water than dragon fruits & grapefruit. See below. I used

4 pears

6 green lemon

1 packet of brown rock sugar

Cost = 5 pears $1.95

lemon 1kg = $4.00

rock sugar = $1.00

To sum up,

Total :

3 Grapefruit = $2.30
9 Greenlemon = $2.57
1 packet brown rock sugar = $1.00

In this 1.5l container, the above amount are used.

Enzyme - Grapefruit

On 4th or 5th day, we must open up and stir the content inside the bottle. Then taste to see if it is too sweet or too sour. Add accordingly to your preference. But the sequences must still be the same. Fruit (grapefruit), green lemon and top brown rock sugar. Then we place a plastic over the top and close the lid. Finally, use scotch tape to tape the surrounding to complete sealing for a further 1 week plus to 2 weeks.

the bottle on the left is from dragon fuit which is only this much. haha, the bottle was bought from ikea, $3, looks like a bit too big, they only have 1 size...that why now i used a 1.5l container to store the grapefuit .

My enzyme is ready, abit sour, maybe i have too much lemon, overall taste acceptable to me. Next time, I will make the grapefuit Enzyme, to be ready in 2 weeks... Just got ready the fruits. Later i post the dragon fruit enzyme, very little only

Today check wit Janie, the coastal gurad just give a 2nd warning to marshall'uncle about letting us of the boat at the beach rather than the jetty. Lucky nothing serious....

Kelong Trip

Today suppose to be attending Su wedding, but janie last min has the intention to go to marshall's father kelong, so we went. I have been to a kelong last year at kukup. but this is much bigger...quite interesting.... bec very long time didnt meet up marshall already...

when we leaving the kelong, i think we were being watched by the coastal guard. They actually stop his boat after we left for shore. Marshall said, it could be that the boat was carrying too many people or they thought that we were illegals...hahaha...crazy police..

Marshall also say that if we leave from her father's kelong that wouldnt be too obvious but we left from her uncle's kelong instead, taking a little bigger round...dont know what the police asked... next time must find out from janie. We are really sorry if this trip has cost too much troubles for marshall's uncle...perhape they really think we are illegals.... but whatever it is we have really enjoyed ourself alot, especially the 2 young ones...

Testing Testing

Today Im back to office start IT revamp testing...to prepare scenarios....aiyo .....so sian until i almost fall asleep....very very dry... i prefer to work than to do this stupid testing...this is only the start .....preparing...the actual testing is not due yet....next year..

The course "Think on your feet"

The course attended the last 2 days was a communication course not think course. But the trainer was good i must say. Though she is quite "Proud" in certain way, which many of my course mates said. But well she can afford to what! She is rich, pretty rich, she is very well educated, from cambridge - English Lit. What else? These 2 is enought to let her be proud!

1day we were guessing her age, until 2nd day, she said her elder son is 40 years old....we dumbfounded.....oh my god! how old is she... well educated, rich, ....i think she must be at least 65. Because after her degree of Eng Lit, she still stay on to study interior design for 2 years....u count yourself lah...but but she doesn't look like 60 plus most is 50 only....

Asked her what her secret, what product she use.... she use no product only baby lotion, and she drink red wine every night. She dont put make-up but her face the cheek is rosy.

Very interesting person, she is proud but i like it. The course is not cheap, if there is chance anyone or everyone should attend. Quite easy to put in use, but must practise alot...

Haha, i should be taking about the course and not the trainer.... they teach Clock, Globe, triangle, W5, benefits & Pendulum....these are the highlight because this course is a registered trade mark, i cannot reveal too much.....sign up for the course if u can lah, but is not cheap ...

She mentioned that if company ask her give speech, she is charging from $250 - $500 per hour....wow!

Organic stuff

I always think that organic stuff is good for health, at least i believe. But just the price is too expensive to consume everyday. Can u believe a bottle of the fruits enzyme sold in organic shop cost $99 for 720ml. And based on the information by the boss, each day they must consume 15ml to 20ml. That is about 30 plus days per person and i were to mutiply by 3 children, hahaha ....$300 per month!

Enzyme can be consume even u are healthy, but especially good for people with prolong illness & is very important to cancer patients.

I will have the result for the enzyme this sat when it is finally 2 weeks, and is not expensive, probably that bottle i made cost less than $10. The most important thing when making enzyme, everything must be dry, total dryness!

Steam cake

Tonight i m making the steam cake again. This time with the advise from corrine, i pour the 2 different colours of mix together, instead of 1st layer 1 colour, 2nd layer another colour......

Look at my dragon fruit enzyme. Today is the 7th day. Another 7 more day to go before we can drink it.

see the view from my flat, high right. Now the sellers from all this high rise point block in my neighbourhood are selling their flats at very high price. About or more than 100k above valuation. Wow, the valuation oni about 360K - 400K.

Just bec someone in red hil areas sold 2 units around 500k - 600k or more...but their flats are barely 10 years unlike here....

may be i should consider to sell if someone really wiling to offer such high price or higher ..heeheee..

Now the talk about is enzyme... i shall talk about it the next time...

Rosella Plant

See my rosella plant that i bought before CNY, but it withered after CNY so sad, cos the fruit of the plant can use to brew drink and taste like rebena drink.

Maybe the next CNY, i will buy again but this time make sure i transplant it first.

Yoga

Yesterday, i start off the intermediate yoga in my office's program. wow really tough lei. Though i have been doing yoga for the past 2 years on & off, but are all beginner at cc & office.

The instructor said: "I assumed that all of u r not new to yoga, and now we r doing intermediate, so must do intermediate one lah".. really intermediate leh...lucky for me yesterday, i really breath hard, so i didnt experience that ache from my body ....hahaha...but corrine is .....

My cc course on intermediate also commencing soon I think in 1st week of July, but i haven register, may be next i will. Then i will be doing yoga on tue & thu leh....
