Enzyme - Grapefruit

On 4th or 5th day, we must open up and stir the content inside the bottle. Then taste to see if it is too sweet or too sour. Add accordingly to your preference. But the sequences must still be the same. Fruit (grapefruit), green lemon and top brown rock sugar. Then we place a plastic over the top and close the lid. Finally, use scotch tape to tape the surrounding to complete sealing for a further 1 week plus to 2 weeks.
