Vinegar -Tomato

Today i want to put the making of vinegar tomato on my blog, this was taught by billy. Very good for people with diabetes.

1. Mini tomato - 1 bag
2. natural vinegar 1/4 cup
3. Ice water - 1 cup
4. Oligo - 1/2 tbsp ( can be found in organic shop)
5. Red chili - 1-2
6 .black pepper - 1 tsp
7 .sea salt
8. glass container

  • tomato Wash & drain.
  • punch 6 holes in the tomato with a satay stick.
  • place ice water, oligo, sea salt, red chili, black pepper into pot & heat up until oligo, sea salt dissolves.
  • wait until it cool then place into a glass container then pour in the vinegar & add in the tomato.
  • After 6 hours, it can be consume.

Each time eat about 6.
Store in the fridge (finish within 1 week)
