Guava Enzyme

1st layer, guava



2nd layer, lemon

3rd layer, brown rock sugar




Repeat 1st layer, guava




Repeat 2nd layer, lemon





Repeat 3rd layer, rock sugar







Last round, repeat 1st layer, guava







2nd layer, lemon






3rd layer, rock sugar










Finally, cover with plastic wrap to prevent fruit flies and ant











Then tighten with rubber band.










Did this guava enzyme last night, and this morning the rock sugar melted and the fruits sink down, see picture below:-


Actually this is the 3rd time making guava enzyme, bec the taste is really good, even my friend Jolin and her colleagues also say is good, really taste like just guava juicy.....my girls also pestering me to make more.....hahahaha

In fact, guava suppose to go with MULBERRY, but i cant find mulberry, so only guava lah. The effect:
