Just harvested the orange enzyme, abit overdue, about 2.5 weeks....no moody to do it last week...15 oranges yield about 2L of enzyme not too bad..
Taste abit just now, quite ok. Dont have the beer taste...used about 3 pack of rock sugar...may be next round making orange enzyme can use 20-25 oranges...
Take a measurement just now after washing it, come to about 8L....
