This morning when i woke up, i smell burnt and i thought today lunar 15th again or someone praying! Then went i walked to close the window, i saw black smoke from NTUC building there. Few months ago, there was a fire on the other side of the building now here! Terrible. The fire was behind the trees i cant really see what was burning, but there was a flower shop, a stand alone building.
Just now i went to NTUC and saw the "burnt" is really the flower shop! Very sad, dont know if they bought the fire insurance since they just moved in June when the wet market is now being renovated. Just now saw the boss, appeared very tired....all burnt, the wall, canopy, flowers and a lady was like talkng to him taking stock! The wall outside NTUC also become black. I really find this NTUC very very lucky, two times already and it escape being burnt down!.....
