Bubbling

My plum enzyme made last week was bubbling just now.....woooooo oh very nice! I like! When bubbling means the enzyme is very active! 1 more week to go before i can harvest!.....:D

SAD NEWS

today boss said we are going to relocate to another floor bec need to optimise office space! now under feasibility study sad sad sad!

Strawberry enzyme

This strawberry enzyme is my girls' favourite. Saw it so big and red, so buy 2 packs but small pack only able to fill half my container. But seeing these red and bright strawberry also very happy....yummy!

Plum enzyme

Day 1

Day 2 the juice is out but little, another few days the juice will be able to fill. Brought some to my colleagues and they said very nice...so i made more again....

Fire!

This morning when i woke up, i smell burnt and i thought today lunar 15th again or someone praying! Then went i walked to close the window, i saw black smoke from NTUC building there. Few months ago, there was a fire on the other side of the building now here! Terrible. The fire was behind the trees i cant really see what was burning, but there was a flower shop, a stand alone building.

Just now i went to NTUC and saw the "burnt" is really the flower shop! Very sad, dont know if they bought the fire insurance since they just moved in June when the wet market is now being renovated. Just now saw the boss, appeared very tired....all burnt, the wall, canopy, flowers and a lady was like talkng to him taking stock! The wall outside NTUC also become black. I really find this NTUC very very lucky, two times already and it escape being burnt down!.....
