Bought this white shimeji mushroom from NTUC this morning, so wanna share with u on how it looks like.This is white ones, there is another type which is brown that i cook the 1st time, i suppose they taste the same bah....this is not cheap. A packet like cost $2.40...going to cook it tomorrow...again the braised dried scallop shimeji mushroom with Spinach.
Haha, this time i remember to bring the recipe from office....should be better taste!....
