Friday harvested my 1st batch of tomato, it taste really good! my girls like it. So decided to make 1 more using oligo....hahaha. it is really tasty not so strong of wine smell though has tomato smell...:DUsing a 2-litres container
Tomato - 1 -1.5 kg
Rock sugar - 300 - 400g
can divide them into 3 portion, place tomato then rock sugar, repeat the process until the 3rd portion place in then seal with plastic food wrap and cap.
