Made this big tub of radish last night.

White carrot : 7 (about 5.3 kg)
Green Lemon : 9 (from Vietnam) $3/kg
Rock sugar : 2 packs ( about 900g)
Maltose :
This picture below taken just now, after 1 night, it sink down so much...and the juicy also quite alot liao, almost can cover all.

I managed to get 6 grapefruits from sheng shiong yesterday indeed, the price has gone up. I used to buy 3 @ $2.30, $2.20. Now 3@$2.50. So i bought 6....kia soo.. just in case really end of season then got to wait till next year liao. May be when all seasonal fruits come to end, then got to consider making tropical fruits like, pineapple, papaya, mango,....what else huh....banana!!!???
