A few nights ago, when i was preparing the white carrot enzyme for my no 1 & 3, my no 2 also wan, but i told her, no lah, u wouldnt like it, u better take the red dragon fruit enzyme instead. But she insisted, so i pour some for her. True enough, she dont like it, so i have to finish it, just not to waste.
A few minutes later i was coughing non-stop bec my cough have not fully recovered. This is the effect. But the cough is like forcing the phlem to come out...but if i dont know i would think that i m not suitable...people are like that, no patient, something not right the 1st time they will tink is not suitable...As the book mentioned, different people will experience different type of after effect especially for those people who are sick. Some after effect will be coughing, rashes on the skin, headache, chest burn, nausea, gastric...these are some effect (not serious type). Therefore, we have to continue for a period of time before the real, good effect shown on us.
Even the medicine gaven by doctors, doesnt take effect on us immediately. Sometime, we still need to repeat the medicine or see the doctor a few times before we are fully recovered, whats more this enzyme is not medicine.
