Very expensive and hot air-conditioned food court

Last Sat, we went to Singapore Expo for dinner though there wasn't any exhibition. We went to the "Select Food" court. It supposed to be an air-conditioned food court, but we couldn't feel any coolness but warmest instead. Half-way through we have to move outdoor to finish our dinner. My 2 older girls ordered the mixed veg rice. Each plate come with about 4-5 dish cost a total of $14 plus!. The portion is very little. Just plain rice and dishes nothing very special and other food stores' food also not nice. Tasted like the food were past days left-over. Omg, that will be the 1st and last time there for meals. I think if we had burger king, we would have enjoyed. Please do not patronise the food court if you have a choice. It is really not worth the money!

Strawberry Enzyme

Last night made the strawberry enzyme again. But this time i bought the USA's strawberry and the size is also much bigger, i think double the normal size of the strawberry from Australia & NZ. Lucky they were not too expensive. Cheaper than those from Australia and NZ? This 1 box abt 450g cost $5plus. While the smaller ones 250 g cost $3.
Because it taste really nice and easy to make.....:D

五味子

The Schizandra fruit has a sweet, salty, bitter, hot and sour taste. It has long been used in the traditional medicines for a wide variety of conditions including Asthma, Coughs, and other Respiratory ailments, especially dry cough. It has a pronounced anti-hepatotoxic (liver-protection) action in many researches.

Yesterday went to buy more 五味子from the chinese medical hall next block, instead of buy 1-2 俩each time, i told the boss i wanna buy 1 packet. Then he said he doesnt have so much, most he has is 1斤, then after weighing, he said will he sell me 1/2 kg instead...:D....1/2 kg of the 五味子cost me only $8....cheap cheap....
